These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carnatique.com and any services, content, or products offered by Carnatique ("we", "us", "our", "Carnatique"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Carnatique offers personalized digital color analysis services. The service consists of:
(a) An online diagnostic assessment that you complete on our website.
(b) A personalized PDF dossier containing your seasonal color classification, palette, and recommendations.
(c) Email delivery of the dossier and related communications.
All services are delivered digitally. We do not provide physical products.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The price of the personalized dossier is displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if you pay in another currency.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your personalized dossier. The dossier is delivered through:
(a) Direct download from your result page on our website.
(b) An email containing a download link.
You acknowledge that the dossier is generated immediately upon payment and constitutes digital content delivered in real-time.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales of digital content. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly:
(a) Request immediate delivery of the digital content.
(b) Acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once delivery has begun.
(c) Waive your 14-day cooling-off period.
This waiver is required to provide you with immediate access to your dossier.
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of the digital deliverable, Carnatique does not offer refunds once the dossier has been delivered. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge this policy.

All content on carnatique.com, including the diagnostic, dossier templates, classification methodology, written content, imagery, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Carnatique. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Your personalized dossier is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the dossier publicly.
When using our services, you agree not to:
(a) Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
(b) Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our systems.
(c) Use automated tools to crawl, scrape, or extract data from our website.
(d) Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.
(e) Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carnatique disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The dossier provides recommendations based on a self-reported diagnostic. It is intended for personal style guidance and should not be relied upon for any other purpose. Results may vary based on individual factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carnatique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
In any event, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
