Refund Policy.

Carnatique is a digital service. The following terms govern refunds for the Dossier.
If you complete payment but the Dossier has not yet been delivered to your email, write to bonjour@carnatique.com. A full refund is issued within seven business days.
The Dossier is a personalised digital deliverable. Once delivered to your email, refunds are issued at the maison's discretion in the following circumstances:
The Dossier contains material errors (incorrect season, broken file, missing content).
The Dossier was never delivered due to a technical failure on our side.
You believe the Reading is materially inconsistent with your self-knowledge after a considered review.
In the third case, write within fourteen days of delivery, explain the inconsistency, and consider whether retaking the diagnostic (free) yields a different result. If you remain dissatisfied, a full refund is issued.
Write to bonjour@carnatique.com with your order email and a sentence explaining the request. We respond within seven business days.
If a refund is denied and you believe this is unjust, you may escalate to bonjour@carnatique.com. The maison reads every escalation personally.
