This Refund Policy explains Carnatique's approach to refunds and returns. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1.All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our service – your diagnostic creates a custom dossier generated specifically for you, delivered immediately upon payment – all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the dossier has been delivered.

2.Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Each dossier is created uniquely from your individual responses to our 13-question diagnostic. The content is bespoke, personalized to your seasonal classification, palette, and climate. Once we have generated and delivered your dossier, the personalized work cannot be reclaimed or resold.

3.EU Customers: Waiver of Cooling-off Period

EU customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales. By proceeding with your purchase, you:

(a) Request immediate delivery of digital content.

(b) Acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the contract is lost once delivery has begun.

(c) Waive your 14-day cooling-off period.

This waiver is required to provide you with immediate access to your dossier.

4.Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances only:

(a) Technical failure on our end that prevents delivery of your dossier.

(b) A clear, demonstrable error in our service or processing.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at bonjour@carnatique.com and we will review your request. Refunds in these exceptional cases are at our sole discretion.

5.Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge from Carnatique is unauthorized or in error, please contact us first at bonjour@carnatique.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours and aim to resolve issues quickly.

6.Promo Codes and Gifted Access

Purchases made with 100% off promo codes (for gifted access) do not involve a financial transaction. As no payment was made, refund considerations do not apply.
